Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Convoy platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.
• Each account is for a single user. Sharing account credentials with multiple individuals is not permitted. Organisation plans support multiple members via the workspace management features.

You agree to use the Convoy platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Deploy or host any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the platform to distribute malware, conduct phishing attacks, or engage in any activity that could damage or disrupt other users or third-party systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, our infrastructure, or other users' resources.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party through content you deploy on the platform.
• Use the platform in a manner that places an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure beyond your allocated plan limits.

• Access to certain features of the Convoy platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in accordance with the plan you select at the time of sign-up or upgrade.
• All payments are processed securely by PayHere (Pvt) Ltd. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis.
• Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is valid and up to date. Failure to maintain valid payment details may result in suspension of your access to the platform.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Convoy platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance windows, which we will endeavour to communicate in advance. Convoy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled, beyond what is stated in any applicable Service Level Agreement for your plan.

You retain ownership of all code, data, and content that you deploy or store on the Convoy platform ("Your Content"). By using the platform, you grant Convoy a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the services to you.

You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, integrity, and quality of Your Content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Convoy platform supports integrations with third-party services such as GitHub. Your use of third-party services is subject to those services' own terms and conditions. Convoy is not responsible for the practices, availability, or conduct of third-party services. You authorise Convoy to interact with third-party services on your behalf to the extent required to deliver the integration functionality.

• All intellectual property rights in the Convoy platform - including software, design, branding, logos, and documentation - are owned by or licensed to Convoy. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the platform beyond the limited licence to use the services as described herein.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Convoy platform without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms or any other Convoy policy.
• Non-payment of subscription fees.
• Activity that poses a security or legal risk to Convoy or other users.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of the Convoy console. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Convoy, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption - arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Convoy in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Convoy platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide notice to active users. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
