Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases made on the Convoy platform (convoy-tech.com). By subscribing to any Convoy plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below. Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.
01.No Refund Policy
All subscription fees paid to Convoy are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not issue refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to unused service time, downgrading to a lower plan, or voluntary cancellation of your account before the end of a billing period.
02.Nature of the Service
Convoy provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for deploying and managing containerised applications. Because access to the platform is granted immediately upon payment and the service is delivered digitally and continuously from the moment of subscription, it is not possible to "return" the service. For this reason, all sales are considered final.
03.Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Convoy subscription at any time through the Billing section of the Convoy console. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - your access to the platform and all associated resources will remain active until that date. No partial-period refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
It is your responsibility to export or migrate any data, deployments, or configurations before your subscription ends. Convoy is not liable for any loss of data following account deactivation.
04.Payment Verification Charges
A small verification charge may be applied by our payment processor, PayHere, when a new payment method is added to your account. This charge is a standard card-verification procedure and will be reversed or refunded by PayHere in accordance with their verification process. This verification charge is distinct from subscription fees and is not governed by this Refund Policy.
05.Billing Errors
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged due to a verified billing error on our part (for example, being charged twice for the same billing period), please contact us within 14 days of the disputed charge. We will investigate the matter promptly and, if a billing error is confirmed, we will issue a refund at our discretion. Disputes raised after 14 days from the charge date may not be eligible for correction.
Any approved refund will be returned exclusively to the original payment method used to initiate the transaction - that is, the same card or account through which the payment was made via PayHere. We do not issue refunds via alternative payment methods, bank transfers, or platform credits.
06.Service Suspension by Convoy
If Convoy suspends or terminates your account due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy, you will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees already paid, whether in full or in part.
07.Changes to Pricing
Convoy reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
